Announcement for the participants who will submit the abstract!
First, the congress registration form and then the abstract submission form should be filled
Students and other participants are encouraged to present their projects. Please submit your abstract for a poster or talk using the online submission system.
Authors can be the presenter in only one abstract, and they cannot present the same abstract. However, they can be authors in more than one abstract.
All presenters (poster and oral) should register and pay the registration fee.
Abstract submission deadline is 14:00 (GMT+3) Sunday 15th May 2022. No abstracts will be accepted after this deadline.
Amedments will not be allowed in submitted abstracts.
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee after the final submission date, and authors will be notified of the decision for acceptance or rejection by 1st June.
Oral presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts. Please indicate on the online submission system whether you would like to be considered for an oral presentation.
Abstract submission guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted as a Word document. Please check the attached template before preparing your abstract.
Use a simple font (e.g., 12-point Times New Roman). The title should be in small case letters and bold.
Author names (name and surname; without academic titles) must be followed by superscripted numbers denoting affiliations.
Underline the presenting author, and indicate the corresponding author by an asterisk *.
Indicate author affiliations (i.e., institution name, city, and state).
Indicate e-mail address of the corresponding author after affiliations.
The study must be explained under 4 headings: Background/Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion. The abstract text should contain at most 300-500 words including Acknowledgements and Keywords.
Text should be concise and clear. Abbreviations should be defined at first mention.
List minimum 3, maximum 5 keywords after the text.Save your file with your name (full surname followed by the initials of your name) and the date.
Poster and oral presentation guidelines
Posters should be maximum A0 size (that is, 84.1 cm wide and 118.9 cm tall). Text should be readable in 2 m distance.
Advised duration for poster presentations: 5 minutes presentation followed by 2 minutes questions.
Advised duration for oral presentations: 10-12 minutes presentation followed by 3-5 minutes questions.
